Core Dynamics...

Core Dynamics...

Well... When I first found out that we were doing the core dynamics topic this term, I was very unhappy, because I suck at everything that is to do with sport. - Erinn's words:(

What I did well in..

I did well in the push ups and they hanging knee lift, all because of gymnastics. I never actually believed that it was working until I did this, so I was really happy with my results on the hanging knee lift and the push ups, but I still want to do more to improve my push ups/hanging knee lift.

What I didn't like/ didn't do well in..

I didn't enjoy the 12 minute run because it wasn't very fun, and I am not the best at running.. I mean I can run but I just don't enjoy it. In the end I did alright, and I hope that I improve on my laps next time.....

I also wasn't very good at the pull ups, and I think that I can blame that on my arms, and also because it once again wasn't my favorite..

So overall, I think I didn't do the worst, but I know I didn't do the best, but I am looking forward on hopefully improving my results.
